QX.net is pleased to offer its residential users Cable Modem Internet access. This solution was developed for users needing a fast, stable, reliable, and cost effective Internet access package. QX.net offers three packages, each designed for the needs of all home users. Whether it's 6mb, 10mb, or 20mb, QX.net will provide the support and customer care that our Kentucky clients are used to. By default, all QX Cable Modem residential accounts have a twelve (12) month minimum contract. Should the user terminate services prior to the twelve (12) month contract period, a one-time fee of $199 will be assessed to the users account. The user must also return any equipment supplied by QX.net or its contractors. Failure to return this equipment may result in additional fees being applied. All users must provide QX.net with a 30 day notice upon cancellation of services.
